Subway in Merseburg

Had dinner at Subway today, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was very friendly and quick. I can only recommend .

unfortunately still meat from quality production - how about some vegetarian or more vegan offers!

Order incomplete. We called immediately after delivery and it was assured that it would still be delivered. After another hour we called again and were assured the same thing. After another 1.5 hours we called for the 3rd time, and we were told that the driver had brought it. Nobody was there again. Delivery and reimbursement did not take place. 0 customer service and absolutely not recommended. Last time subway. 👌

I usually like to go to Subway and would like to get a fresh sub today. But the operation was awesome and unfortunately in a negative sense. The entrance door is stuck and is so dirty that in Corona times you don't even want to touch it with gloves, cleaning in the rest of the shop would also be desirable. The "duzen" of customers may be dubious owner philosophy, if I do not want this and share the same, I expect that it will be followed! Opening times due to C19 from 12 p.m. are just as consumer-unfriendly and don't need - take an example at MCDrive! The manufacture / production of the sub's has also become miserable, the part falls apart after opening the packaging and is therefore not usable as a "quick meal in between". Absolutely not recommended! Nice and speedy operation :) That the food is tasty and fresh, not at all I must mention.

The order worked well in English, we were allowed on a piece of cucumber in advance to taste a sauce and I was kindly pointed out that I can already pay with my points. Unfortunately, this information is rarely available in most Subway restaurants or when you have already paid.

The store has opening hours Saturday until 21.00. Too bad that 20:55 nothing more to eat and the young staff is so lazy. Then no opening hours until 21 o'clock should be there when 20:55 clock is already closed and you are no longer served.
